Having a plan doesn’t guarantee results.

If it did, we could hand you a program and you’d be “there” by now.

That’s the part no one likes to admit
 and it’s also the “secret” behind our client results.

They know they can’t keep doing the same things, running the same cycles, and expecting a different outcome.

Yes, the plan matters.
It’s tailored, specific, and built to be bulletproof, which is why results can be therefore “guaranteed”

But the results are dictated by the person who can actually follow it
 consistently, calmly, and without self-sabotage. and, actually enjoy it - the training, the nutrition, confidence from the beginning 🎉

And that’s where most people get stuck
.

Mindset is one of the biggest things that comes up in 1:1 coaching.

You’d think it would be nutrition or training, but even they come back to the same thing


Because macros don’t work when you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, overeating or falling into the restriction cycle.

A plan doesn’t help if you’re swinging between all-or-nothing, guilt, and starting over every Monday.

They struggle with consistency, education, and nutrition- especially on the weekends.
They lack structure with training.
And they don’t have the long-term approach to not just see results, but actually maintain them.

Clarissa came to me wanting more structure with her training and a physique that truly reflected the effort she was putting in.

Like many people may think - “do I need to work harder?” And to what we say - we need to work smarter, with a strategy, education, support & expertise along the way

But it wasn’t just about structuring her training to results.
She also wanted to improve her relationship with food and learn how to properly fuel her body, rather than feeling restricted or confused around nutrition.

On top of that, she’d been told she would eventually need a hip replacement, so it w
