AAY Plan Managed We’re here to make managing your NDIS funds simple, fast, and stress-free.

Once your invoices are approved, we get them paid within 24 – 48 hours, so you can keep moving forward with confidence ! AAY Plan Managed we work with you as the participants or your plan nominee to optimise your funding, Some of the tasks we perform on behalf of our clients are:

*At AAY Plan Managed Pty Ltd, after signing the service agreement we spend some time with you around the budget for the plan, this can take up to 1 hour (if required).
*After the meeting we then will be Managing Service Bookings and set up Plan Ability for you to access live what is happening with your funding.
*AAY Plan Managed will send you a welcome pack and you will be able to send a letter to either your provider or individual that you use, this will give instructions for the individual or provider what must be on the invoice and where to send the invoices.
*Once AAY Plan Managed received the invoice, you as the Participant or Plan Nominee will have the change to either pay the provider or individual straight away or approve each invoice as they come in.
*Invoices are paid within 24 to 48 hours once approved and submitted to the NDIS.
*You received monthly statements on the 1st of each month directly to your nominee email address.
