Ahhh back in my happy place with one of my favourite clients. Leading a meditation for busy corporate warriors. It’s the simple act of creating space for others that lights me up inside and reminds me why my own practise is integral to my own mental health. The commitment I made to continue to show up for myself so I can show up for others with integrity is always at the forefront of my mind.

Talk the talk and walk the walk. It’s not always easy - I can make all the excuses to not do what I need to do to be ok. However, I believe wholeheartedly that meditation and mindfulness works. So I show up.

I’d love to show up for you, and your team. I teach styles of meditation that are approachable and non judgemental. No mountain tops or experience required. Just habits that are achievable.
