📢 Support Worker – Western Sydney

BDMS Community Services is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team across Western Sydney.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist participants with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
Support community access and social participation
Provide emotional support and companionship
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Promote participant choice, dignity, and independence
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in disability or aged care (desirable)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
