Shin Splints: Female 43 y/o, ongoing px, tightness and decreased ROM in plantar flexion due to tightness and swelling around Tibialis Anterior. Great example of a NOT text book Plantar Fasciitis. Sometimes it moves around, as it did in this case. Have Dry Needled the Longitudinal Arch of the foot, origin to insertion, followed by articulation and Abductor Hallucis Stretching 🙂👍

Male 29 y/o, fell over on skateboard, no evidence of gross swelling, presents with limited ROM and discomfort on take - off with skateboard. Have targeted joint space due to suspected degeneration due to mechanism of injury.
