Our Summer Holiday Schedule is LIVE!!!

We will be open during the festive season on a reduced schedule so you can come move your body, breathe, feel good and maybe get away from your family for a little bit 😜

Holiday classes are 90mins all Levels appropriate- everyone is welcome. Each class is mix of Yang to Yin practices to perfectly balance your day.

With Vicky, Marine, Claudine, Eric and Chai here these holidays- the classes are going to be epic. Come join the fun- spaces are limited so book your classes in ASAP 🥳

We are currently in the most active, busy, full- time of year. It’s so easy to burn out with all the yang 🔥 energy of the season.
Don’t get caught up- stay steady and grounded with your practice this silly season. We are open all through the holidays with a reduced schedule to keep you sane amidst all the busyness.

As we close the last week of Spring and welcome Summer 🌺 the beach, the long balmy evenings and the end of year madness… we aim to stay calm, grounded and connected. Yin is the perfect practice to force you to slow down- to be present. By doing less we are actually doing more 🙏🏼

Joy + Pleasure Retreat 🥰

This was the first collaborative Retreat I’ve run and had the pleasure of hosting it with the hilarious human and the life of the party Kate- cooking us up a storm of delicious meals all day eerrry day 😋

People practiced as much or as little as brought them Joy, they ventured out to wineries or spent hours chatting in the pools and whirlpool bath or literally just reading and resting.

Thank you everyone for bringing your energy into the experience- that’s what makes these offerings so special. That they’re all unique as the people they bring together are different but with the same purpose. To move, eat, connect and feel GOOD.
