Feeling many feels as I wrap up my clinical practice for 2025 💕🪴✨🎄🌙 My bookings are now closed until January 7th.

This year has been my third in business and I am so humbled by the wonderful clients I see, in-person and online. Predominantly women who are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, newly postpartum or navigating motherhood, as well as their sweet babies, children and teens. It feels special to meet others during these delicate moments, times of transition and important milestones. Thank you for your ongoing support and entrusting me with your health.

Very grateful that my job entails 1:1 holistic care, frequently mixing up herbal potions and lotions, prescribing gentle, natural remedies + sharing my love for traditional and evidence-based medicine.

The three months before conception are a critical window for laying the foundations of a healthy pregnancy. Egg and s***m quality, hormone balance, and nutrient status respond to the right care during this time.

In this package, I provide naturopathic support to optimise fertility outcomes for both partners. We’ll investigate relevant testing such as nutrient levels, hormone panels, and functional testing where appropriate.

This week I’m releasing three consultation packages to better serve the communities I am so passionate about supporting in my clinic. Consultations may be held in-person or online via Telehealth, Australia-wide. Each consultation package is tailored to the following life stages and the individual, including additional support outside of formal consultation hours 💗

1) FERTILITY
Designed for couples who are trying to conceive in the next 3-6 months. Preconception care is recommended from at least 3 months prior to conception to ensure optimal health of eggs and s***m. This package includes 3 months worth of check-ins for both partners so I can fully support you both.

2) MATERNAL
Tailored for anyone experiencing pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you are in your first, second, third or fourth trimester, I will meet you where you are on your journey and provide holistic naturopathic care, from symptom management and birth preparation, to postpartum recovery and breastfeeding support.

3) PAEDIATRIC
Infants and children experience a vast array of health presentations as they grow and develop. The holistic approach can help to uncover the underlying cause of immune, respiratory, digestive, skin and cognitive concerns. This package includes regular check-ins to support both you and your child.

Replenish is my postpartum herbal tea blend made with red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, tulsi leaf, and rose petals 🌸

These herbs are traditionally used to:
• Support uterine tone (red raspberry leaf)
• Replenish mineral stores (nettle)
• Support the nervous system (tulsi)

Suitable to drink from 36 weeks of pregnancy, into the postpartum period and whilst breastfeeding.
