The Solomon Islands government’s efforts to procure and finance a CT scan machine and laboratory at the National Referral Hospital highlights the significance of government backing in enhancing healthcare accessibility, as demonstrated by our team’s recent mission. Without a CT scanner the team would not have been able to deliver optimal neurosurgical services.
