TeamGMF would like to officially welcome Ray to the coaching staff at .

Most of you already know Ray as the “hype man”… the one who brings the energy, the smile and pulls people together.

What started as a personal mission to better himself grew into something much bigger. Through consistency in his own journey, energy for the team and always leading from the front, Ray became someone people naturally gravitate towards.

We all know GMF isn’t your ordinary gym. It’s built on real community, family values and a real respect for hard work. We don’t just look for coaches, we look for people who live and breathe it. People who understand the culture, trust the process and genuinely want to see others win not just on the stage but in LIFE!

Ray certainly has been that from day one. Showing up to all our bodybuilding shows and events, backing the team in and out of the gym, being present with an always all in positive attitude!

We couldn’t be more prouder than to have someone like Ray on board with us and to help take GMF to the next level!

Everything in life summed up in one snap here at GMF.

Sarah trained right through her pregnancy and is now back on deck, while Adam is a new father going through his first prep for season B. Both blessed with a beautiful girl Georgia these two are living proof for the next gen that you don’t have to choose between family and chasing your goals, you can build both side by side.

Proud of you both. This is truely what it’s all about and blessed to be part of the journey with you guys.

If you want to achieve anything in life you’ve got to learn to love hard work and learn to be patient. Hard work isn’t the punishment. It’s the privilege. It’s what teaches you how to be resilient. To be consistent no matter what the circumstances are. To be fully in control! Learn to build a relationship with it because once you do, through my experience you already separate yourself from 99% of people who are still looking for the easy way out.

Well done on your recomp because the warm up is now done and the real hard work now begins!

Falling in love with the routine and not just the results. These were the key elements behind Nasi’s successful 2 year lifestyle transformation.

Results don’t come from extreme diets and copious amounts of cardio.They come from boring, repeatable habits done well with prioritising sleep, preparing food, showing up to train & respecting recovery.

I am extremely proud of Nasi for staying committed to her long-term vision and continuing to evolve into her strongest self.

GMF TRANSFORMATION

When enough is enough and you finally take control and own your life. Set the standards your way so you can enjoy more, love harder and live life to the fullest.

The real question isn’t how many calories were eaten or what exercises were done. The real question is what did we do to come to this mindset? Because honestly after transforming bodies for the past 15yrs that’s where everything changes.

True mentoring and the real essence of coaching comes down to awareness. Reading a person without interrogating them. Making them feel seen, heard and safe without ever making them uncomfortable and when you genuinely care and passionate about what you do, naturally the results are the byproduct.

Philip has worked extremely hard especially when it comes to willingness to learn, implementing strategies, giving honest feedback, being patient all while enjoying the trusted process. He has earned every piece of gain and no on can take that away from him. Proud of you kid! Welcome finally to the shredded club!

Where to now? Well we continue to work. To grow in body, mind and in life!

Our famous GMF Open Day & Posing Competition Workshop is back on and it’s bigger and better this year with a new set up, new stores and new opportunities.

This year you are able to step inside GMF, experience the culture, connect with our trusted partners and sponsors and see exactly what our club is about. Explore what we offer, meet our coaches, pro athletes, check out our retro gym equipment, sharpen your posing skills and ask all the questions fitness and bodybuilding related. It’s a community day so it’s open to all family, friends and anyone in the fitness community who wants to connect, hangout and have heaps of fun!
