TeamGMF athlete is the perfect example of what can be achieved when you commit fully to the right set up and timeline to achieve the overall goal and look.

We didn’t just push harder, we were conscious on managing fatigue, controlling variables and ensuring every phase served the bigger picture, adjusting nutrition, training volume and recovery precisely to keep Anders progressing without burning out competing 3 shows across season B.

Very happy with our final look. Data collected. Recovery in motion. Big build phase incoming!

Congratulations to Team GMF athlete , an absolute pleasure to coach. Taking home 5th place in the Open Classic Physique states, Eric is just one of those guys with no ego, always humble and ready to learn with a smile.

Competing first year in the classic division we have gathered so much data, we know exactly what to do once the season is done to put the work in the off season, progress and go again next time round.

For now we continue to fight, and continue to get better for the remainder of the season.

This is my dream.

When I watch on stage, I couldn’t help but think back to what she said to us in her beautiful Persian accent “This is my dream to compete” and she did exactly that. She made that dream real.

When you think of Elii, you think of a little sister full of heart, warmth and determination. You just want to look out for her, guide her a little and then watch her take off on her own. That’s exactly what she’s done.

With her beautiful family, husband and daughter standing proudly behind her, Elii showed what it means to chase something for yourself while still giving your all to the people you love. She brought grace, courage and fire to the stage and proved that dreams don’t just happen… you build them, one step at a time.

So proud of you Elii you are the Wonder Woman!

His the youngest on the team this season and a good looking rooster too!

TeamGMF athlete from his first show to the ICN States, he just kept levelling up sharper, fuller, more confident every time he hit the stage. Even with the competition getting tougher, he didn’t back down. He brought his best package yet and made sure to enjoy every second of it.

You know when people say no excuses. This is the woman that puts it into action. Four kids. Single mum. Full-time job and somehow, she still finds the time and the drive to completely transform her mind and body, then step on stage not once, but for an entire season. That’s not luck or motivation that’s pure discipline and heart.

If you haven’t met Mai yet, you’ll see exactly what real strength looks like. She’s the definition of resilience even putting her youngest boy to bed backstage between rounds. That’s next-level dedication.

Huge respect and congratulations, Mai, on everything you’ve achieved so far so happy and proud of you efforts and hard work!

A woman with a force not to be reckoned with! TeamGMF athlete just glues it altogether for us at GMF, especially in the gym! Yes she glows, but when she trains she’s a beautiful beast!

A major upgrade in her physique and mindset from stepping off stage in 2023 from bikini and decided to step it up this season both in Fitness and sports model!

Bloody GINO!

What a season you’re having. The turnaround I’ve seen in your life over these last few months has been nothing short of extraordinary. It’s not just the physical transformation, it’s the mindset, the confidence and the light you now carry that truly stands out knowing all for yourself.

You’ve shown what can happen when someone decides to step up, take control and put the work in.

Be proud that those party boots will be collecting dust far much longer because we just getting started with the whole bodybuilding competition thing.
