Post op shoulder rehab with .r7 💪🏼

After managing his shoulder injury all of last season, Ryan is now working hard since his surgery in the off season to get back playing rugby for the 2026 season

Currently Ryan is returning to contract drilling and integrating back into team training with the goal to have him ready for a big season ahead.

Can’t wait to see this comeback!

Driven by a passion for maximising human performance, Nathan brings extensive experience across a range of elite organisations in Australia and overseas.

Currently in a senior role with the Royal Australian Air Force, Nathan has also worked with Western Sydney Wanderers FC - U21s, Sydney FC, Wests Tigers - Jersey Flegg & NSW Cup, NSWRL pathways and NSW Ambulance Service. Most recently, Nathan spent 5 years in England working for professional football club Derby County FC.

Nathan joins RA with the aim of integrating best practice from many high performing teams, into the private setting. This ensures clients receive a gold standard level of care, maximising rehabilitation outcomes and returning people to their sport better than before.
