What should injury rehab look like? 🧐

Our long-term rehab program is designed around how elite athletes actually return to play.

No guesswork, no “see how it feels” plans – just a clear, step-by-step path from day one post-injury to full performance.

**Here’s what’s included**

✅ Sports Physio Consults
- Thorough assessments, hands-on treatment and a clear plan so you know exactly where you’re at and what’s next.

✅ Individualised Long-Term Rehab Plan
- A structured program mapped from early tissue healing through to return to training, return to sport and long-term resilience.

✅ Coached Rehab Sessions (Gym & Field)
- Small-group, high-support sessions with a rehab coach by your side; every rep, set and progression is supervised and adjusted for you.

✅ Unlimited Access to a Fully Equipped Rehab Gym
- Train in a space built specifically for sports injury rehab – not a generic commercial gym.

✅ Objective Testing & Benchmarks
- Advanced testing equipment (ForceFrame, ForceDecks, NordBord and more) to track strength, power and symmetry so you only progress when you’re truly ready.

✅ Recovery & Load Management
- Access to ice, compression and recovery tech, plus guidance on training loads so you don’t undo your progress.

✅ Community of Athletes on the Same Journey
- Rehab alongside others working towards their own comebacks – you’re not doing this alone.

**Why this is what optimal injury rehab should include:**

Because returning to sport at your best isn’t about a few physio sessions and a basic exercise sheet.
It’s about:

- Long-term planning, not short-term fixes
- Daily coaching and accountability
- Objective testing, not “it feels okay”
- A complete environment built for athletes

If you’re injured and serious about getting back to your sport at your best, this is the standard your rehab should meet.

📝Blog Post - Recovery and Rehabilitation after Meniscus Surgery: What to Expect and How to Recover.

The meniscus is a vital cartilage in the knee joint, acting as a shock absorber and facilitating smooth movement between the femur and tibia.

Although it plays a crucial role in knee stability and weight distribution, the meniscus is prone to injuries, particularly among athletes and active individuals, as well as older adults experiencing knee pain.

For those undergoing or preparing for meniscus surgery, understanding the rehabilitation process is vital for optimal recovery and regaining full function.

Blog Post - ACLR Graft Types 📝

After seeing and rehabilitating large numbers of ACL reconstructions, it’s fair to say that no two are ever the same.

The journey of an ACL reconstruction varies between individuals in how they respond to surgery and then progress through the phases of rehab.

But a significant part of this is the type of ACL reconstruction surgery that is chosen.

There are several graft options available, each with its own set of pros and cons and this needs to be considered in the pre-surgical discussions.

The decision about which graft to use depends on a variety of factors, including the patient’s age, activity level, surgeon’s preference, and the type of injury.

This blog discusses the different graft types in more details, an important consideration in pre-op decision making but also a very significant part of injury rehabilitation and targeting the impairments post-operatively to ensure a smooth and successful return to performance.
