Reiki has been likened to a relaxing massage, but for your energetic body rather than physical. A serene space is created while you lay on a massage table and allow the energy flow to pass through you. Many people enter a deep meditation or dream state, and some even fall asleep (as happens in a massage!). All leave in a state of bliss, with the possibility for deep realisations to emerge.
