Today our preschoolers enjoyed a fizzy colour science experiment 🧪✨They added colourful liquid to baking soda and watched with excitement as it fizzed and bubbled when vinegar was poured on top. The children were fascinated by the colour changes, movement and mixing, and loved sharing what they noticed with their friends. A fun, hands-on activity that supported curiosity, creativity and early science learning 🌈

Today our Preschoolers explored patterns using natural materials like leaves, stones, sticks and seeds. By carefully observing the pattern sheets and recreating them with nature’s treasures, they strengthened their fine motor skills, developed pattern recognition, and expressed their creativity - all while connecting with the natural world 🍃🪨

This morning in the big yard, our friends watched a fun science experiment as we mixed sparkles and bicarb with coloured vinegar to create a bubbling explosion! So much curiosity, wonder and wow moments 💥🌈

In our cosy corner today, Miss Nicole explored emotions with our Nursery friends 🤍 By modelling different facial expressions and naming how they feel, the children watched on with curious eyes. When a happy face appeared, some little smiles quickly followed 🥰 Moments like these help build emotional awareness and empathy from an early age 😁😢

Inspired by our friends’ hot weekends spent eating ice cream at the beach 🍦☀️ Our Senior Toddlers recreated the fun with an ice-cream themed sensory tray! Using shaving cream, spoons and cones, we scooped, stirred and served up lots of imaginative play 🤍🌊

Little drivers at work 🚗💨 Following the children’s interest in cars, we used magnetic tiles to create roads for our vehicles to zoom along. There were lots of siren sounds, honking horns, and imaginative play as our friends steered their cars along the tracks 🚑🚦

Little hands had the best time exploring their favourite trucks, trains and cars while discovering a variety of textures through hands-on play 🚗🛺🛻
