A portal for our brain,⁣
our body,⁣
our soul⁣

With mini portals on either side…⁣

As we enter and exit sleep, ⁣
we open to depths
untouched by waking life⁣

It’s the precipice between conscious and subconscious,⁣
the inner twilight,⁣
where everything softens…⁣
until we surrender
into life’s embrace⁣

Cradled in our vulnerable unconscious,⁣
released from the mental vice,⁣
the emotional coasters,⁣
the incessant pressures.

Inside the stillness of sleep ~⁣
we are renewed.

Our brain is cleansed⁣
as it processes, consolidates, integrates…⁣
so we can awaken with clarity and space for more⁣

Our cells repair⁣
without interference…⁣
our body restores equilibrium⁣

And our soul ~⁣
our soul can fly free,⁣
merged with the life force⁣
that has always sustained us⁣

Celebrating 🎉 Dolores's sleep recovery!

I was barely getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night. I woke frequently and struggled to get back to sleep. I was at rock bottom—I had zero energy, my mind wouldn’t quieten down, and I was constantly anxious about sleep. Despite trying everything from sleeping tablets to meditation, cutting out coffee and alcohol, and consulting my GP, nothing worked. An acquaintance recommended I reach out to Ahna. It was a life changer!⁣

It used to take me anything up to 3 hours to fall asleep. Now I doze off easily and consistently enjoy 7-8 hours of quality sleep. When I wake during the night there's no panic—I'm back to sleep within ten minutes, and all of this holds true even when I'm travelling. ⁣

Sleep isn't troublesome anymore, and I don't have any anxiety about getting to sleep or staying asleep.⁣

Ever heard this crazy fact? Being sleep-deprived is like having a few too many drinks.⁣

I recently dropped this knowledge bomb, and it was a lightbulb moment for someone. The connection between feeling off and the lack of quality sleep clicked in a way it hadn't before.⁣

When we're running on empty in the sleep department, our mental, emotional, and physical game takes a hit. Decision-making? Impaired. Reflexes? Out the window. ⁣

Drunkenness and sleep deprivation closely align.⁣

Celebrating Kristina's incredible sleep and health transformation! ✨👏✨

When I found Ahna I was at the end of my rope. I was only sleeping 2-3 hours per night. My days were spent feeling like a ping pong ball bouncing between spaced out and foggy, irritated by everything, crying or just feeling so off. My weight was ballooning due to comfort eating, especially late at night when I couldn't sleep. My blood pressure reached stroke levels daily, even with taking four doses of blood pressure medication.⁣

In a nutshell, I was a mess and I knew I could not keep functioning like this.

I had tried everything from melatonin, prescription medications, teas, warm milk – you name it. Doctor after doctor, sleep studies – nothing worked for me. All the home remedies, everything I could find, and everything a doctor told me to do. Yet, I was sleeping worse and worse and feeling awful. Finally, I reached out on Facebook, asking who had suffered from insomnia and what worked for them. One angel told me Ahna de Vena was the one I needed, and boy, was she right!⁣

I reached out to Ahna, and what I got was so much more than sleep coaching. From the very first session, my mind was more at ease, and she taught me a trick that actually helped lower my blood pressure. The miracle part was that I no longer felt like a high-strung rubber band about to snap. My nervous system was already relaxing, and tension was fading. That was just ONE session in.

Now, I sleep around 7 hours a night, taking much less time to fall asleep. I don't wake up nearly as much, and all the anxiety around lack of sleep or trying to sleep is gone. I'm almost completely off all my blood pressure medication. I am no longer pre-diabetic, and my cholesterol is perfect. So bye-bye to medicine for both of those! I have dropped weight, reined in my emotional eating, and so much more.⁣

Working with Ahna and being blessed with her calming presence and vast sleep knowledge is a miracle for me. One of the first things we did together was future visioning of how I'd feel and what my life would be like once I was sleeping better – things I wanted but was just too tired to do. Now, I am that future version of myself, and everything is getting better and better. I travel a lot, enjoy evenings out with friends, and fill my days with fun stuff I missed out on for so many years. It's wonderful to feel so alive again!⁣
