1.0 Background

Mable's page is a place to connect with the Mable community, share ideas and feedback, seek advice from peers, and stay updated on Mable news. Our dedicated Social Team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to help you get the most out of Mable.

2.0 Mable’s Facebook Community Rules

These Rules exist to keep our page a respectful and inclusive place for everyone. Sharing of content or behaviour that violates any of these Rules may be subject to removal under our Banning Policy. No Hate Speech or Bullying
Everyone should feel safe in our community. Bullying, hate speech, defamatory language, harassment or any form of discrimination based on disability, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated. This includes discussions related to your clients or support workers from the Mable platform. Please report any such posts or comments directly to Facebook by following the instructions available here and/or by messaging our Mable inbox here: https://m.me/MableAustralia

Be Kind and Respectful
We're a community here at Mable, and kindness is key to maintaining a welcoming environment. Whilst healthy debates are encouraged, always prioritise kindness. Respect Privacy
While open and honest conversations are encouraged, respect privacy and never name or disclose personal details about yourself and others. Moderator Discretion
The page moderators reserve the right to determine what is acceptable behaviour and remove any content that they deem unacceptable. We're all here to share stories and experiences of the Mable platform, and that includes being respectful to both admins and fellow community members. No Promotions or Spam
Self-promotion, promotion of businesses, spam, and irrelevant links will be removed by moderators

Repetitive Messaging
Please avoid repetitive or excessive posting of the same content, questions, or messages. This can disrupt the flow of conversation and overwhelm other people in the community. If the same comment/post or message is repeated multiple times in the same period, we may choose to remove it. Maintain the purpose of this Page
Remember that this is a space for support workers to share tips and knowledge, seek advice, and stay updated on Mable news. Content that does not align with this is not appropriate and includes: engaging in or encouraging conduct that breaches our Terms of Use, which includes recruiting support workers for separate businesses, or content that is unrelated to Mable. Circumvention
Recruiting support workers for separate businesses or encouraging any conduct that circumvents our guidelines and breached our Terms of Use is not allowed. Negative Posts about Other Users
If there has been an incident or you wish to make a complaint, you must follow the steps outlined here. The Facebook Community is not the appropriate place to post allegations or negative reviews about another person in particular. This includes any content that could harm another user’s reputation.

3.0 Breaching these Rules

So that we can ensure this community remains positive and safe for everyone, if the above Rules are violated, we may take the following steps under the Mable Mable Social Media Banning Policy:
A warning;
Remove associated content;
Report users for breaching Facebook's Guidelines; or
Block the user entirely.
