My favourite way to complete/begin each week is always:
~Movement in Nature
~Morning sun, sparkles and salt on my skin
My Mondays are often a day to myself ~
To ground, cleanse, rest and reset
(usually after work on Saturdays & this week also after a big day of studying yesterday)
My days off often don’t align with others’ weekends but I always prioritise my rest days to cultivate health, balance and joy throughout the rest of my week.
