Industry Trends // Tech Spec Fitout

Once sidelined, this city-fringe Surry Hills space now responds to the evolving tenant expectation: fully fitted, desirable, ready-to-occupy suite. We leaned into the existing character of the old Surry Hills textile mill — natural bricks, high ceilings, exposed concrete floors — as our starting point. Working with market advisors , we refined a layout that balanced breakout zones, meeting rooms, quiet spaces and workstations to match the tech and AI industry workplace preferences. Strategic investment in styling, furniture, and AV created a cost-effective yet premium solution. The market responded almost instantly. The spec suite was successfully leased upon completion!
