Exciting news! 💗

We’ve partnered with the wonderful team at Restore Oncology Care to run small, supportive exercise groups for women during or after a breast cancer diagnosis.

Our first 6-week CAN-B FIT program kicks off February 2026 at Restore’s clinic in Miranda, NSW. Each session is led by oncology-trained clinicians and designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and connection in a safe and empowering space.

Spots are extremely limited and will open later this week — so keep an eye out and get in early if you’d like to join us.

Caring for someone with Head and Neck Cancer can be isolating and emotionally demanding. HANCA’s new Carers and Family Peer Support Group offers a space to connect with others who understand what it’s like to care for a loved one through treatment and recovery.

Thursday 4 December, 12pm – 1:30pm AEST (sessions run every eight weeks)
