I help men and women in their 20’s and 30’s achieve their long term health goals and finally feel comfortable in their bodies. I do this without restricting eating or spending hours in the gym through my new Health Fast Track program. As you may be aware that from July 12th all business need a QR code and I have already got it up and running for tomorrow morning and Saturday morning class I run down at jamison park netball courts.

Please note this only the morning session that run outside of the outdoor facility of the gym. Down at Jamison park netball courts on the 8am Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the 7am Saturday morning.

I’ll have the QR code ready for you all to scan before we start the workout

Diets only cause weight loss when they cause you to eat less calories than you expend… these diets just cause people to eat less 😱⁣

Keto: This diet causes you to eat less by removing a whole macronutrient from your diet 🥓🥩⁣

Paleo: This diet causes you to eat less by restricting you to eat wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that are highly satiating 🍠🍖⁣

Intermittent Fasting: This diet causes you to eat less by giving you less time to eat throughout the day ⏳🥙⁣

Zone: This diet causes you to eat less because it consists of a large amount of vegetables and low calorie fruits 🥗🍎⁣

Detoxes, Lunar (yes this is actually a thing), Alkaline, Blood Type: Nope. Just no. Don’t fall for these diets, they’re just straight up nonsense with no evidence to support them ⛔️🤦🏻‍♂️⁣

None of these diets boost metabolism or cause anything magic. Once again, diets only work when they cause you eat less calories. 👌👏⁣ Choose the dietary strategy that’s easiest for YOU to adhere to & be consistent with!
