We’re excited to share that we have recently been awarded the Bond University campus and housing cleaning portfolio, and our teams have been onsite this week supporting a smooth transition.

Partnering with Bond University is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an environment that supports learning, living, and wellbeing. Our focus is on delivering clean, hygienic, and safe spaces for students, staff, and the wider university community, every day.

Thank you to the Bond University team for their collaboration and support during the transition, and to our onsite teams for their commitment from day one.

✨ Overlooking the stunning Sydney Harbour, our National Christmas Party was truly one to remember. ✨

With our team flying in from across Australia and New Zealand, it was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the year and enjoy a day filled with connection, creativity, and recognition.

We kicked off with a fun and relaxed Paint & Sip session that brought out everyone’s artistic flair. There were plenty of laughs, some impressive masterpieces, and a few “abstract” creations!

A laid back BBQ lunch by the water gave us time to unwind and reflect on the year that was.

One of the highlights of the day was recognising our outstanding team members with awards that truly reflect the dedication, passion, and pride within our team. A special congratulations to Julieta, our Cleaner of the Year, who works on our Metro Trains Sydney portfolio. Without our cleaners, we have no Vivid. They are the heart and spirit of who we are.

Here’s to 2026… and all the exciting things ahead! 🌟

This morning, we celebrated Thank Your Cleaner Day at the University of Technology Sydney, recognising the incredible efforts of our cleaning team who keep the campus clean, safe, and hygienic day and night. With over 200 dedicated cleaners working across 64 buildings on 13 sites, the scale of cleaning at UTS is extensive — and we couldn’t be prouder of our team’s commitment and professionalism.

Scott Agnew, Owner of Vivid, visited the UTS campus to personally thank our cleaning staff for their hard work. Together with the UTS Facilities Management team, Scott joined a morning tea to celebrate and acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our cleaners who help maintain such a vibrant and well presented campus.

We presented awards to two exceptional cleaners, selected based on feedback from the UTS team:

Sabin – "An amazing cleaning staff member who is always giving his best and always there to save the day. Every time we see him, he is working or on the way to or from working. Very approachable and friendly."
Muhammed – "Conscientious and self-motivated, and every time we see him he is working. Friendly and approachable and a great member of the UTS community."

Meet Grahame, a proud Wiradjuri man who recently completed the SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) program, delivered through a partnership between MTC FutureReady and Gadi Services.

Through this program, Grahame developed valuable skills, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose, leading to meaningful employment with Vivid as a cleaner at Metro Trains.

Today, Grahame is dedicated to keeping Metro spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for all Metro commuters.

The collaboration between Vivid, Gadi Services and MTC FutureReady continues to create real, lasting impact. It’s a strong reminder of the importance of working with organisations committed to placing Indigenous candidates into long term, stable employment.

We’re honoured to have Grahame as part of the Vivid team. His story reflects what can be achieved when opportunity, respect, and purpose come together.
