We had a skeleton ☠️ in need of a few adjustments, nutrition and emotional balance.
It’s time to get your skeleton tuned up!
*Minimise the trick or treat sugar crash:
1:eat protein and good fats (avo, nuts, cheese, tahini, coconut)
2: Hydrate: water, electrolytes
3: The Switch witch 🧙: swaps the lollies 🍭 for a surprise (toy, book, game…)
4: Get it over and done in one: eat the lollies, don’t prolong 😱
