🚨 Measles alert in NSW 🚨

NSW Health has confirmed new measles cases — including one with no known source and is urging communities to stay alert. Measles spreads easily, so check your MMR vaccination status, watch for symptoms like fever, cough, sore eyes and rash, and contact your local Public Health Unit if you’re concerned.

Protect yourself, your family, and your community.

Today on World AIDS Day, we honour our communities, our Elders, and everyone whose lives have been touched by HIV.

It’s a time to stand together, yarn openly, break stigma, and make sure our mob have access to the care, support, and information we deserve.

By staying informed, getting tested, and looking out for one another, we keep our families and communities strong.

We’re keeping it real this Men's Health Month — because testicular cancer mostly affects younger men, and it’s one of the most treatable if found early.

Know what’s normal for you. Check yourself regularly. It only takes a couple of minutes.

If something feels off — lumps, pain, or swelling — see your doctor or AMS straight away.
Looking after your health isn’t weak — it’s deadly strong!

As part of our month long focus on Men's Health, we asked some of our staff to yarn about the importance of maintaining good mental health. Talking can save lives.

Too many of our brothers are carrying heavy loads in silence. Let’s change that.

Take a walk. Have a yarn. Listen.

You don’t need to fix it — just being there can help a brother feel seen and supported.
