When you have a green tree frog living in your front doorway, it's a sign that the energy in this area it good.

Spiritually, to have green frogs live next to you is a sign of improved health, transformation and emotional growth.
Those who know me will understand that this fits in perfectly with my latest health journey. I dont look upon ill health as something bad, but a chance to slow down and really get to know oneself, warts and all. Its a time to look at past hurts and to forgive or move on to free this stigma from one's body. Again clearing all negativity from one's mind and body to enable the body to heal itself. Transformation.

This little lady i call Fatima and she has her boyfriend and another younger frog live around and near her. I feel blessed.

It's the little things that bring us joy.
If you wake up sad, turn it around. Look at something outside that brings a smile to your face. Failing that, think of something really silly you or another, have done that made you laugh.
When you feel joy, it lightens your load and you see so many wonderful things occurring around you that may have gone unnoticed otherwise.

When you stir you coffee and see a face staring back at you, someone's trying to get your attention. That's what happened to me today.
I stirred the pretty lotus flower away vigorously and got that I had to look for a message. I'm pretty sure it's dad letting me know he's around. Bless

Selenite is such a gentle crystal. Helps to absorb all negative energies. Team that up with a big piece of tourmaline which is a protection crystal and their functions amplify.

I have mine just inside my front door so that any visitors have to walk past them.

If you aren't aware of this already, give it a go. Any black crystal with the selenite will work. Cheers.

When the simplest things around bring you joy, life is on track.
Give your soul something to sing about.
When you look at nature and truely see what you are looking at, that's what makes your soul sing.
I'm not talking about just looking at a plant and smiling. I'm talking about looking at that plant and truely seeing the veins in the leaves, the amount of petals to create a flower and the little insects dependant on this to survive.
Watch a bird having fun in your garden. The way it communicates with others, forages for food, bathes in your bird bath, appreciating what freedom feels like.
When the simplest of things make you smile, you know you are alright.

Have you ever thought of the energy it takes these wonderful plants to bloom. We pull weeds out around these bushes, so why shouldn't we remove energy vampires so we can flourish.

If we put that same energy it takes a plant to thrive into our own being, we would thrive also.

It's not selfish to look after one's self when others demand so much from you.

When you embrace your spiritual side, your attitude towards other creatures change. Yesterday I noticed a plant that was about to flower had the flowers chewed down to stalks. What appeared to be brown staining was a huge caterpillar 🦋. I quickly grabbed a tissue and took the culprit off my plant, noticing another fall to the ground. Both caterpillars I moved to parkland. Years ago I would have killed them, but I've learnt all creatures have souls and are on this earth for a reason.

To keep negative energy outside your home, place a selinite tower and a piece of any dark crystal together, inside, near your front door. Any negative energy walked in on visitors will be absorbed.
Selinite is a beautiful soft energy crystal that absorbs negative energy and the dark crystal protects the area. The two crystals working together cover a larger area. They compliment each other.
