💪 Want to build stronger, more defined biceps? Dumbbell bicep curls are a classic move to target those arms! 💥

Here’s how to set up and perform them correctly:

1️⃣ Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, arms fully extended by your sides, palms facing forward.
2️⃣ Keep your elbows close to your torso and engage your core for stability.
3️⃣ Curl the dumbbells up toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement.
4️⃣ Slowly lower the dumbbells back down in control, maintaining tension in your biceps.
5️⃣ Repeat for your desired number of reps, focusing on form over weight.

Pro tip: Avoid swinging or using momentum—move slowly and intentionally for maximum muscle engagement.

🔥 Want to elevate your leg day? The Bulgarian split squat is a fantastic exercise for building strength, stability, and balance in your legs and glutes! 🔥

Here’s how to set up properly:

1️⃣ Find a sturdy bench or platform behind you. Stand about two feet in front of it.
2️⃣ Place one foot on the bench, with your toes resting on the edge.
3️⃣ Keep your standing foot flat on the floor, about shoulder-width apart, with knees aligned over your toes.
4️⃣ Engage your core, keep your chest up, and slowly lower into a lunge position, bending your front knee to about 90 degrees.
5️⃣ Push through your front heel to return to the starting position, feeling the stretch and activation in your glutes and quads.

Pro tip: Maintain a tall posture and avoid leaning forward. Focus on controlled movement for maximum effectiveness.
