In the midst of festive celebrations, we honour the true meaning of Christmas – a time of kindness, generosity, and compassion. May the spirit of Jesus guide us as we come together to support one another.

"Shoutout to our extraordinary IT staff member who defines going above and beyond! She heard there was a problem and said "send me"! 💚🙏Thank you!

1. Expertly resolved a technical issue that was causing distress for one of our participants.
2. Proactively informed management to prevent future disruptions.
3. Showed compassion & empathy, ensuring our participant's well-being.
4. He mentioned he was hungry, so she proactively, said would you like a fruit salad with that"! 😆 our IT hero even prepared a delicious, lovingly-made fruit salad!
