At QHC we place a high value on professional development and continuous learning, running courses and workshops throughout the year. At a recent Leadership Forum, we held a session on Stress, Burnout and Compassion Fatigue run by Lilly Pilly Counselling.

This was a highly informative session that equipped our leaders with the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify the early signs of stress and develop practical coping strategies to improve wellbeing and performance.

Bunnings is doing a roaring trade as everyone seems to be preparing their gardens in time for summer. First it was Hillsdale, then the Village and now Barry at Holden is getting in on the act too. He bought fertiliser, a wide selection of flowering plants and some potting mix and could not wait to get home to get everything in the ground.
