Legs for days!!!!!🔥🔥🔥 We love the straps from the tower! Helps activate the glutes and quads more, challenges pelvic stability so more muscles have to work all at once! The straps are awesome for hyper mobile knees as it activates more VMO and helps the patella track properly.
