GABRIELA FOUNDER OF HOLISTIC U
Gabriela has been the owner of Holistic U for over 12 years.

Her curiosity for wellbeing began at the age of 18, when she studied several courses including professional makeup, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage, Aromatherapy, Hot stones, and holistic counselling.

In 2000, she graduated as a QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST, with almost 27yrs in the Beauty Industry she also thrived to become a professional Dancer winning three championships in Australia, teaching workshops and opening her own Latin dance school.

She has always been deeply interested in connecting with people and inspiring them to take care of themselves — both physically and emotionally.

Teaching and sharing her knowledge is one of her greatest satisfaction Gabriela describes herself as intense, passionate, optimistic and deeply in love with life.

In 2017, her daughter was born, and being a single mother gave her a new perspective in life when she paused her Dance/ Artistic and creative path for a while till her body started craving for movement after feeling so trapped.

In 2025 she graduated in Dance and Movement Therapy - Chakra Healing, allowing her to heal deeply.

The combination of her background in Holistic therapy, along with her close connection with people and the learning of Dance and Movement Therapy, has reconnected her with her essence and allowed her to find a true purpose in life..

Today, Gabriela is excited to introduce a new therapy in 2026 and continue supporting the community on their journey toward a more conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life.

Chakra means "wheel of light" in Sanskrit, and they are the energy centers found along our spine and responsible for regulating our physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual health.
