✨ Christmas Day Outreach – Woolloomoollo ✨

A few people have asked me throughout the year how they can get involved, so this is your invitation 💛

If you’d like to do something a little different this Christmas, the Woolloomoollo Christmas Day Outreach is open for volunteers this 25th December.

I helped last year from 10am–4pm (that’s the main program time), but you’re welcome to come and help for as long or as little as you can. I’ll be there at 10am with the rest of them this Christmas day.

Volunteers simply bring a friendly presence, helping with clothing, raffle support, general assistance, or sharing music (some of us sing or play instruments). No special skills needed, just kindness, time, and heart.

If this feels like a yes for you, DM me and I’ll pass on the contact number of the lovely woman who coordinates it 🎄✨

These days fill hearts with so much love & joy 🥰

Join us for a deeply guided afternoon where we explore the unseen patterns within our family systems and gently release what no longer belongs to us.

Family Constellations helps uncover transgenerational trauma and hidden dynamics within your lineage. With the support of the group, these patterns are brought into the light and resolved through the powerful representation of people in the room.

This work often leaves you with:

Family Constellations is a powerful relational healing method that reveals and clears hidden patterns passed down through your family system, so you can stop carrying what isn’t yours and live more freely. You don’t need to bring any family members with you; this work is done through guided, intuitive representation and energy, not by involving relatives directly.

It is a precious, powerful process that everybody feels and experiences in some way.

Issue holder - $100
Representative - $60

Issue holders will present to the circle with a particular issue or question. This will be the central theme to the constellation.

The representatives will be chosen by the issue holder to represent certain members of the issue holders systemic family.

Everyone feels it. Everyone benefits especially you, your family, and all those whom you come in contact with.

🙏 Birthdays hitting different 🎈

My precious year in Chiangmai, Thailand, 10 years ago, taught me a valuable lesson and humbled my arse…. hard.

A dear friend, Taraya Pran Eiampikul helped me immensly as I taught children in the beautiful school she worked at. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and well looked after.

It’s a kindness I have never forgotten.

When it was Tara’s birthday, I showered her with gifts.

Her response floored me..

It was a mix of shock and embarrassment. I thought she would be happy with all the presents, but it turns out that receiving gifts is not something they do easily, as it is all about GIVING.

This beautiful dear friend of mine dedicates her time on her birthday, to volunteering, in elephant sanctuaries and the like. I was 32 that year and ever since it has been ingrained in me to give thanks for another year of life.

People may forget your name and your face, but they will never forget how you made them feel.

Aging is a privilege denied to many.

Buuuuut….. Who wants to ‘get old’?

I’ve come to realise that aging is inevitable, growing old is optional.

So instead of aging, let’s call it upgrading to a higher level 💥 This year I’m ugrading to level 4.2 💥

Every year is just a new level to unlock more wisdom, more laughs, connection and a lot more kindness.

To celebrate this year, as with every one for the past decade now, I’ve been on a mission to do acts of random kindness equivalent to my new level.

These kindness acts range from picking up litter in my neighborhood, paying for people’s coffee/lunch/shopping, assisting people in need, to thanking our everyday heroes; teachers, police, nurses, firefighters, paramedics, helping strangers, parents, neighbours.

Here’s to leveling up together and making this world a little brighter with each act of kindness. 💛
