Today, I am overcome with a deep sense of sorrow for the pain and injustices, and yet, I am thankful for the abundance I have.

As I start my day and use the paper towels that many of you contribute, I am grateful.
The candles you bring, the cup cakes you make, the gift vouchers and the many flowers.

The tea I prepare, which many of you purchase for me, is a kind gesture that I cherish.

The hand towels, candies, and blessed fruit from the light festival that you share with me demonstrate your generosity and commitment to our community, which enables me to continue my work and provide for you and my community.

The act of giving is as noble as receiving.

I am in Bondi, where sorrow is prevalent, and I am humbled to share my world with remarkable individuals from all walks of life and cultures.

I open my heart to you.

Thank you for being you and for being part of my world of love and forgiveness.
