A change of pace in the group studio with the addition of our new HYBRID high intensity jumpboard classes.
These moderate to high intensity classes are crafted to improve cardiovascular health, boost power and coordination, and enhance bone density, offering a well-rounded movement experience on top of your weekly Pilates classes.
Given the global impact of heart disease on women, we're excited to bring you a class that fills such an important gap.
With the usual support of your teacher, let's work towards the recommended 5 hours of moderate intensity exercise per week.
