Struggling to get to the gym? So do I.
2 hours ago, I was wondering if I should skip the gym today.
I had dinner plans with some mates which I didn't want to miss.
Should I go now, come home, get ready, and then go to dinner? Or should I just wait and try squeeze it in after dinner (and probably mess with my sleep)?
Then I realised — I could just leave 45 mins early, hit the gym on the way, get a 30-minute kettlebell workout in, and shower at the gym (only 7 mins away from dinner).
That small shift made all the difference.
It reminded me that we all have the same 24 hours. It’s not about finding more time — it’s about owning your choices and shaping your day around your priorities.
Anyway, the boys aren’t here yet, so I’m just vibing at the restaurant, grateful I got the workout in. 😌
