Bio: Saskia Mulder
I started doing yoga 30 years ago and I never looked back. I have practiced in countless yoga studios over the decades both in Australia and overseas - taking classes in Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Bikram Yoga. Yoga will always be an integral part of my life and my passion. I truly believe that as yogis we are life-long students and teachers, and I want to spread the joy of yoga to others so they can experience it’s amazing physical and mental benefits. As a yoga teacher, my speciality is vinyasa and yin yoga and I help my students develop strength, focus, clarity of mind and a sense of ease. I focus on technique, breath, mindfulness as well the philosophy of yoga when I teach, helping students to integrate yogic principles into their lives on and off the mat. I have over 500 hours of teacher training under the belt with Sarah Owen, Janine Leigh and Simon Borg Olivier. I also have a Masters of Cross Disciplinary Art and Design which has given the skills to project manage complex cross disciplinary art projects.
