To our clients and families, thank you for placing your trust in us. We know that for some of you, this Christmas may feel especially hard. You may not be with your children or loved ones in the way you hoped, and that ache is real.

Please know this chapter is not forever. Situations change, healing happens, and there is light at the end of the tunnel — even if you can’t see it clearly right now.

Children are resilient. They remember love, consistency, and effort, even through distance and difficulty. Every step you take today matters for their tomorrow.

🌟 10 Years of Children in Focus 🌟

🧸Ten years ago, I took a leap of faith into a purpose-led mission, into myself, and into the Lord above.

That leap became Children in Focus👩‍👦

💝My calling was simple but powerful: to help children reunite with their families quickly and safely.

🎯I’m proud to say we’ve kept that promise. For 10 years, families have been able to start supervised visits within just one week.

🫂Along the way, we’ve seen countless hugs, tears, and smiles, each one a reminder of why this work matters.

💔This field isn’t easy. It takes a huge heart, deep compassion… or maybe just a little bit of madness (probably both in my case 😅). But when a parent says, “Thank you for listening, thank you for helping us reunite” - it makes every challenge worth it.

🙂For me, success isn’t numbers or titles, it’s the people we’ve helped and the smiles on children’s faces. That’s the true reward.

🌸 Power Lunch with Powerhouse Women! 🌸

I had the pleasure of attending an absolutely fabulous Women in Law & Business lunch the other day. It was so inspiring to be surrounded by legends in family law and business—women who’ve seen it all, done it all, and shared how to pivot when life calls for a change.

Their stories really hit home.

About 10 years ago, I did my own pivot. After 7 years happily practicing law (yes, I thought I’d be a lawyer forever!), I felt the pull to do something different. So, I followed my calling—and my passion—to help kids stay connected with their parents in a safe, supportive way. That’s when I leapt into the world of Family Supervised Contact, and I haven’t looked back since.

It’s been a journey of heart, hard work, and a few “what was I thinking?!” moments—but every day reminds me why I made the switch.

A huge thank you to the organisers for bringing such an inspiring group together.

It was our privilege to step into the role of Santa this holiday season and bring joy to families in need. From toys and books to a shiny new bike, every gift we shared carried with it a simple wish: to brighten someone’s day and remind them they’re not alone.

🎤 I was privileged to present at the recent Family Law Conference in Phuket, Thailand, on the topic of .

I shared some touching and funny real-life stories from the front line. The risks we have to face and what to look out for in our reports.

I provided preferred sample court orders for , that clarified important aspects like who covers the cost, who can attend those visits and how often, where visits are held, and when they occur — all aimed at preventing confusion and visit interruptions.

Many delegates commented that it gave them new insights into supervised contact that they had never considered before. They now feel better equipped to advise their clients on how to approach supervised contact services for a smoother, more positive experience for their clients and the children.

A huge thank you to the organisers - wonderful team at for this opportunity and for putting such a great conference together, and to the amazing delegates – it was such a fun, vibrant, and energising experience!
