Wow. I just woke up from a 11.5 hours night sleep!! Those who knows me know that I struggled for years to sleep. Especially the last 6 months, if I get between 3 to 5 hours, I count myself lucky. Since taking Bliss, my pain has eased, my mood has lighten up so much, it's easier for me to get through the day even so close to Christmas!! I am totally floored by this little Magic in a bottle. Went to sleep at 9.30pm and got up at 9am! Even sleeping pills can't do that for me!!

Offering a unique blend of healing for people and animals. I have been doing Reiki for almost 30 years, allowing it to expand and evolve over time into a uniquely powerful healing. Combining past life therapy, NLP and Awakening Dynamics, and enlisting the help of healing pyramids, essential oil and crystal energetics. I often receive intuitive insights and messages psychically during healing sessions, offering comfort, information and reassurance to my clients.

It's been a while since I have done any updates on what I have been up to. I have not been sitting idle but rather learning much more tools to help myself as well as others.

I am happy to say I now have Awakening Dynamics (AD) under my belt. After discovering this tool and also have it changed my life completely since end of 2020, I am happy to say that everyday is a new journey for me. I get to work on myself and others and I am so forever grateful to Brent Michael Phillips for teaching this modality.
