Hit save on my daily lymphatic routine ๐
~ Rise with the sun ๐ morning sunlight in eyes + warm lemon water
~ โDead armsโ activate gentle lymphatic massage of the core, hips, kidneys.
~ Body Waves: Hydrates and lengthens the fascia of the hamstrings and lower back. Activates hips and strengthens spine.
~ Marches: enhance core strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
~ Bounces: activates fascia, stimulates lymph drainage, and pumps fresh fluid through the tissues.
Strength training: 3/4 times per week. Maintain muscle mass + strength in the body.
