~ Rise with the sun 🌞 morning sunlight in eyes + warm lemon water

~ ‘Dead arms’ activate gentle lymphatic massage of the core, hips, kidneys.

~ Body Waves: Hydrates and lengthens the fascia of the hamstrings and lower back. Activates hips and strengthens spine.

~ Marches: enhance core strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

~ Bounces: activates fascia, stimulates lymph drainage, and pumps fresh fluid through the tissues.

Strength training: 3/4 times per week. Maintain muscle mass + strength in the body.

A few wellness highlights (cute workout fits, supplements and beauty oils) from this last month 🫶🏼 Showing up, so I can be the best version for both myself and my girls. There is so much power in having daily rituals and intentions that support and honour our growth. I’ve always believed that our daily rituals are the building blocks for our success — as they ground and anchor us ~ into the highest version of ourselves. And the key to maintaining the daily rituals? Find joy in the journey, move from a place of self love and just keep doing the things that make you feel alive, until it just becomes a habit 🫶🏼
