I’m missing some of my old yoga students. So, just to let you know I am at .au in Killara on Mondays at 6pm for a Dynamic class and every 2nd Wednesday for a fun Power Flow. As always the classes have a weekly theme and having a maximum of 12 people means that the classes are easily tailored to suit you at any level and with whatever shows up for you on the day. My passion is physically assisting you to find More, and March is filled with M words - MORE magic 🪄 music 🎵 marvellousness, meditation🧘 mindfulness, movement, me time, mobility, money 💰muscle 💪 moments, motivation, momentum, mercy, menopause, making, miracles, meaning, marine time 🌊, monkeys 🙈 🙊🙉 😆😆😆

Are you a yoga/pilates studio or wellness centre owner or manager? Would you like to offer your clients something different? This is a 2 hour presentation with short demos. I recently ran this session on Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) at a yoga studio local to me. It was really well received, so I am offering it to you and your clients. RTT is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer. It combines elements of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy to address and transform deep-rooted issues. RTT aims to achieve rapid and lasting change by accessing the subconscious mind to rewire negative beliefs and patterns.
It is great for Confidence, Focus, Purpose, Stress, Anxiety or Depression, Phobias, Addictions, Physical conditions, Chronic pain, Fertility issues, Eating disorders, PTSD and more.
