Good for posture, digestion, anxiety, freer breathing, low back pain and grounding.

I definitely breathe deeper, move more fluidly and think clearer after lounge lizard.

A flashback to Inyoga days. I’ve worked in a lot of beautiful studios in Sydney with some spectacular crew. A couple of those pioneer studios are now recently closed in Surry Hills and I’m super grateful for time spent in both.

My beautiful niece was living with me at this time and took this vid after a loooong yin session .graay 🥰😘
