Quickie Dragon variation aka lounge lizard 🦎
Just one of many ways to open up the front chain | Superficial front line fascia | Spleen, Stomach and Gall Bladder Meridian’s | Hip flexors | Flanks, in Yin.
Good for posture, digestion, anxiety, freer breathing, low back pain and grounding.
I definitely breathe deeper, move more fluidly and think clearer after lounge lizard.
A flashback to Inyoga days. I’ve worked in a lot of beautiful studios in Sydney with some spectacular crew. A couple of those pioneer studios are now recently closed in Surry Hills and I’m super grateful for time spent in both.
