For parents of children with molluscum – our paid clinical study is exploring a potential new non-steroidal, plant-based treatment gel.

We are conducting a research study to find individuals aged 18-65 to help evaluate a potential new medication designed to reduce unexpected panic attacks. Unlike many existing medications that target brain neurotransmitters and carry serious warnings due to potential risks, this potential new drug combines two FDA-approved medications that focus on the central nervous system's stress response. In this study, you will be assigned to one of four groups: receiving either a placebo, one of the two approved drugs, or the new study drug. The goal is to determine if this new combination offers fewer health risks and better treatment outcomes.

Atopic dermatitis (eczema) is a common, chronic skin condition characterised by inflammation and irritation. It is frequently associated with bacterial skin infections, particularly those caused by Staphylococcus aureus. Eczema primarily affects children, with approximately 20% of children - especially in developed countries - experiencing this condition.

Current treatment options have notable limitations, including the risk of skin reactions and safety concerns with long-term use. Prolonged application of these treatments can lead to local skin thinning (especially in sensitive areas such as the face and groin), stretch marks, and other systemic side effects.

We are conducting research on a new topical gel that may help address inflammation, itching, and bacterial infections associated with eczema.

Know someone with infected eczema? They may qualify for a clinical trial looking at potential new treatment with a non-steroidal ointment.

We are inviting people aged 40 to 80 to take part in a study looking at whether triple therapy improves heart and lung health compared to dual therapy. Both types of treatments are already used to reduce flare-ups and improve breathing. Your health will be monitored over 3 years to help us understand how the two treatments compare. You will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups.

You will be reimbursed for your time and participation.

The study will last 14 weeks and involve 15 visits. Half of these visits will be conducted in person, while the other half will take place via telehealth (phone or video call). Each visit will last between 15 minutes and an hour. During the study, we will review your medical history, conduct mental health assessments and questionnaires, collect biological samples (such as urine and blood), and provide the assigned medication based on your group.

You will be reimbursed for your time and involvement in the research study.
