Sydney Personal Trainer Weight loss- I am not here to just to help you have a quick weight loss. My fitness and weight loss programs are designed specifically for each client. The one-program-fits-all is a thing of the past. The program is designed to look at clients’ body mass index, diet and lifestyle factors interfering with the clients’ goals. I aim to educate my clients and try and break down the barriers as to why they are not achieving their desired weight loss goals, to boost their metabolic rate, and to give my clients the confidence to achieve their goals alone. I use cables, free weights machines, classic exercises and new exercises, different resistances, tempos and sets. All to help you to achieve your goals. For all this big talk, I have the experience and qualifications to back it up. Qualifications in programs such as PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program), EKI (Kettlebell Instructor Course), Performance IQ, Bio Signature, Bio Mechanics Method and Precision Nutrition. These qualifications have enabled me to gain varied and valuable knowledge in the areas of aerobics, resistance and weight training, rehabbing injuries, stretching, holistic approaches to fitness and lifestyle, exercise selection and execution, core training, healthy eating, drug free bodybuilding and helping people with back pain. I work with my clients one-on-one or two clients at a time, and help you to achieve a ‘v’ shape, square chest, bigger arms and rugby player quads to get ready for that special event.
