Naturopathy focuses on restoring balance through nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support.

いつもオーツですか?
って聞かれるんですけど
そんなことはなくていろいろ使うんですけど
コーヒーには味を邪魔しない
オーツを使うことが多いです
外で飲む時は通常のミルク
他に常備してるのは
水と大豆しか使ってない
お豆腐屋さんのソイ
(毎朝おぼろ豆腐を作るのが日課)
なぜアーモンドとかヘーゼル使わないかって
豆類は足が速い。
開けたら数日で使い終わらないと
捨てることになるので
ラベルは必ずチェックして
納得して買うようにしましょう

People often ask me, “Do you always use oat milk?”
But actually, that’s not true — I use different kinds depending on the situation.

For coffee, I usually choose oat milk because it doesn’t interfere with the flavour.
When I’m out, I usually just go with regular milk.

At home, I also keep a soy milk from a local tofu shop — it’s only made from water and soybeans.
(Making fresh oboro tofu every morning is part of my routine!)

Why don’t I use almond or hazelnut milk?
Because nuts spoil quickly once opened.
If you don’t finish them within a few days, you end up throwing them away.

Always check the label and be mindful of what you’re putting into your body.
