Make sure your training program is working towards YOUR goals. If you need conditioning, your program should be geared towards improving conditioning. If you want more lean muscle, your program should be geared towards increasing lean muscle. Seems simple doesn't it, but you'd be amazed how many individuals get distracted by whatever the next fancy workout or trend is currently going around! Stay clear on your goals! And focus solely on doing the work that actually moves you towards those goals!
