I am a big advocate for twice as much pulling exercises for every pushing exercise. In todays day and age of seated workplaces, I have found many individuals have rounded shoulders and forward head posture and pushing exercises will just add to that, therefore, doing twice as many pulling exercises will help balance the shoulder girdle out and to be honest, I've never met a strong individual, who didn't have a strong back!
