What does living life well mean to you?

That’s the question we asked at our recent Spring Open Day at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Rivers. It was a beautiful Saturday morning shared with locals, friends, and neighbours under the alfresco dining pavilion. Guest soaked up the lively community atmosphere with bowls demonstrations, lawn games, friendly pickleball matches and tours of our beautiful display homes.

Residents had fun with the Polaroid camera, capturing photos to pin onto our ‘Live Life Well’ wall, sharing special notes about the people and moments that matter most to them.

We recently celebrated the official opening of our new Wellness Centre at Lincoln Lifestyle Huntly.🎉

Lincoln Place EGM Development, Angus Johnson, and founding residents came together to unveil the new lawn bowls green, pickleball courts, indoor heated pool and outdoor terrace area.

These spaces enhance connection, movement, and wellbeing, and will be complemented by a fully equipped gym and state-of-the-art clubhouse featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge spaces, a theatre, craft studio, games room, and outdoor BBQ area exclusively for residents to enjoy with their guests.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this milestone and to our local project partners Cornerstone Landscaping Bendigo, Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing and Lincoln Place Constructions, who helped bring this vision to life.

Lincoln Place has lodged a DA for an 8.9-hectare greenfield superlot within DevCore’s $1.1BN Coral Cove Ocean Estate for a new over-50s lifestyle community.

Located 20 minutes from Bundaberg, our plans intend to deliver 207 homes, a central clubhouse, and a range of lifestyle and recreation amenities designed for the region’s downsizers.

The Coral Cove Ocean Estate masterplan offers world-class amenities and multiple precincts, including a championship golf course and Village Centre under construction.

We look forward to sharing more as this proposal progresses.

The couple and their two cavoodles, have called this vibrant over-50s lifestyle community home for a year.

Wayne says living close to the beach has enhanced their coastal lifestyle.

Crafty residents at Officer Lifestyle Estate are nailing creativity and friendship with the opening of the community’s new creative hub – The Shed. 🔨

Downsizer and resident Dennis Fuller has been keenly awaiting the opening of the lifestyle community’s latest facility, The Shed, where he plans to return to his 45-year passion for woodwork. The space will be shared by other creative residents, including painters, as they collaborate and bring their projects to life.

The final stage of homes at Officer are currently under construction, with limited opportunities to join this vibrant, creative community.

Our vibrant community at Officer Lifestyle Estate recently came together with family, friends and neighbours for their inaugural Oktoberfest Open Day celebration!

More than 150 people came to enjoy traditional German sausages and pretzels, craft beer, live music, entertainment and activities for the whole family. 🌭🥨🍻

Officer Community Manager, Elle Brown, said “It was a perfect way to experience the energy of our community while enjoying a taste of German culture.”

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, residents across our communities came together to raise vital funds for breast cancer research.

At Lincoln Lifestyle Mudgee Spring in NSW, neighbours hosted a Pink Up Mudgee morning tea for the McGrath Foundation, and looked fabulous while doing it!

Meanwhile, at Portland Lifestyle Estate in Victoria, more than 70 residents and locals gathered for a Pink Ribbon morning tea earlier in the month.

Moments like these remind us of the power of community. It’s inspiring to see our residents embrace the message to 'be a friend' by starting conversations, showing support, and helping to break the stigma around screening.

We know breast cancer touches so many women, families and friends in every community. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make a difference this month.❤️

After years of caring for family members, Sylvia has found a fresh sense of freedom and creativity at Campbell Lifestyle Estate in the Hunter Valley. 🏠🎨
