Celebrating an Exceptional Year at Lincoln Place!

Together this year, we've opened new spaces, welcomed new neighbours, celebrated milestones and brought our communities to life. From eagerly-awaited openings and lively events, to everyday moments shared over coffee, bowls or a walk around the community, 2025 gave us plenty to be proud of.

Here's just some of what we've achieved:

✔️Commenced construction or completed six major clubhouses across our communities, including Lincoln Lifestyle Mudgee Spring, Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Rivers, Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate, Campbell Lifestyle Estate, Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda and Lincoln Lifestyle Huntly
✔️Unveiled new display homes and commenced construction on the Wellness Centre at Lincoln Lifestyle Griffith Hill
✔️Launched two new projects, including Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches and Lincoln Lifestyle Eagle Point

Most importantly, thank you to our residents The friendships formed, the laughter shared, the small moments that turn a place into home—these are what matter most to us.

Christmas Festivities | As we countdown to Christmas, our residents have been coming together to celebrate in their own ways. Christmas parties were held at Lincoln Lifestyle Kangaroo Flat, Lincoln Lifestyle Griffith Hill, alongside a family fun day at Officer Lifestyle Estate and much more.

In the Hunter Valley, residents at Campbell Lifestyle Estate raised over $1,000 at a Christmas craft morning, while Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda enjoyed a special visit from Mr and Mrs Claus—the perfect way to bring the whole family together.

As our communities unwind and enjoy this special time of year, please note that our teams will also be taking a short break over the Christmas period. From 5 January, our friendly sales teams will be back and ready to assist with any enquiries.

Lincoln Place’s refreshed brand and tagline – Live Life Well – marks an exciting evolution in our new approach to over-50s living.

This transformation is inspired by the people who call our communities home.

Insights from our 2025 Annual Resident Survey highlight the benefits of life in a Lincoln Lifestyle over-50s community. Residents are enjoying less time spent on maintenance, more social connections, and a carefree approach to everyday living. Importantly, 94% of residents told us they’ve made new friends since moving in.

Guided by these insights and feedback from resident focus groups, we’ve refined our vision to empower Australians to live their best years. Our new tagline – Live Life Well – captures that purpose as we continue to acquire, plan, develop and operate Lincoln Place communities.

We’re proud to share the spirit of our new brand in our latest TVC.

With a pool, gym and inviting alfresco barbecue areas, this purpose-built space has been designed to support low-impact exercise, relaxation and time spent with neighbours.

A recent story by realestate.com.au has named Wodonga and Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda as one of Victoria’s top downsizing hotspots, recognised for its thriving arts scene and relaxed country feel.

It’s been wonderful watching our Baranduda community grow this year. With the new Clubhouse open, residents can enjoy more ways to connect and live life well, whether it’s lawn bowls, fitness classes or a friendly coffee catch up.

Let the good times bowl!

Bowlers from across the VIC-NSW Border region recently joined residents at Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda for our inaugural Bowls Day.

Around 60 players took to the green for a friendly tournament, with the Yackandandah Community Bowling Club taking home the win. Guests enjoyed live music, homemade treats, raffles and the warm hospitality of our welcoming Baranduda community.

Community Manager Sophie Lebner said the day was a huge success and a fantastic opportunity to show off the newly opened clubhouse and popular bowling green.

Paw-fect lifestyle | The pet-friendly community at Officer Lifestyle Estate is growing in popularity with animal lovers.

Neighbours Jan and Chantal have become great friends, as have their dogs Dougie and Coco. “There are so many dog lovers here, it’s easy to meet people with everyone stopping to say hello to you and your dog,” Jan said.

With final homes now under construction, there are limited opportunities to join this welcoming over-50s community in Melbourne’s southeast.

Our Lincoln Lifestyle Mudgee Spring community opened its gates last weekend for a Spring Open Day, welcoming locals, future residents and friends for a relaxing morning under the pavilion. Guests enjoyed lawn games, a barbeque and a friendly hit of pickleball, while many also joined tours through our beautiful display homes.

The Live Life Well wall was another highlight, with guests and residents leaving thoughtful notes about the small moments that bring joy and meaning to their everyday.

Exciting news for Mackay, where Lincoln Place is planning a new over-50s lifestyle community.

Delivering more than just homes, it will feature Lincoln Place’s first grandchildren’s playground, alongside one of our largest resident clubhouse and wellness precincts featuring an indoor lap pool and an outdoor lagoon pool, bowling green, pickleball courts, dog park, golf simulator, and more. These state-of-the-art amenities will help residents and their loved ones stay connected and live life well.
