Dry, irritated or itchy eyes? Here are a few quick fixes you can try before you get overwhelmed at the chemist: 👁️💧

1️⃣ Systane Complete
A solid starting point if you’re not sure what to choose. It combines both oil + water ingredients for broad-spectrum relief.

2️⃣ Cationorm
This one works like a magnet. Its positive charge helps it stick to the surface of your eye, so it spreads more evenly for longer-lasting comfort.

3️⃣ For allergy-related itch:
Try an over-the-counter antihistamine drop like Zaditen. It helps calm the itch and the inflammation.

Dry eye comes in different types, and the best treatment depends on which kind you have.
