Do you find nutrition confusing?
It’s no wonder. You hear one thing about carbs, then calories, then fasting, then “just eat clean”. It’s constant noise and it leaves you stuck.
Truth is, you already know what to do.
Eat better. Train consistently. Stop eating like an ar****le on weekends.
