We offer Private & Semi-Private sessions on specialised Pilates equipment (including reformers). Most of our clients receive PRIVATE HEALTH FUND REBATES as our instructors are highly qualified & experienced, many are also PHYSIOTHERAPISTS. Whether you are a complete beginner, injured / rehabilitating, pregnant or an elite athlete we have the tools & skills to help you on your journey! At Pure Form Pilates we pride ourselves on teaching correct form and precise technique and are committed to each individual’s health and wellbeing. With physiotherapy qualifications as well as extensive Pilates qualifications, we are able to offer the highest quality instruction and you can rest assured that you are in safe hands. You will also be entitled to rebates from your private health fund for sessions completed with a physiotherapist at our studio. Depending on your health fund you may be entitled to a rebate with other instructors also. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of being invited to teach some workshops to the Talented Dance students at Mackellar Girls’ campus.

We focused on safe strengthening & conditioning techniques for young dancers’ bodies, longevity and injury prevention. What a delight it was to work with such focused & lovely students.

We run Semi-Private / Private / Duet sessions, & programs are personalised to your needs. You may be entitled to health fund rebates.
