We would like to say a huge thank you and goodbye to Camelia for leading our Friday Walking Group over the past 2 years. Your dedication, encouragement and positive energy have meant so much to everyone who’s joined along the way . You will be missed🤍

🌿 Final Heart Foundation Walking Group for the Year 🌿

Our final Heart Foundation walking group took place on Friday the 19th, and it was a lovely way to wrap up the year together. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a walk, a chat, and some fresh air — we’ve loved sharing these moments with our community. We also enjoyed a lovely picnic together to finish off the day.

We’re wrapping up the year with a special festive walk, and everyone is welcome! 👣✨
Come along and enjoy a relaxed stroll, good company, and some Christmas cheer as we head out for our final Heart Foundation walk of 2025.

We’ll be meeting at Healthicare before we set off — and to keep the festive spirit alive, our theme is red and green!

🎅💚❤️ Feel free to dress up, wear something fun, or simply add a touch of Christmas colour.
After the walk, we’ll be having a community picnic, the perfect chance to chat, unwind, and celebrate the end of a great year together. Bring a friend, bring your festive spirit, and feel free to bring a small snack to share if you’d like!
