First Fennel of the season 🥬 proud of this resilient little crop. Planted from a wilted reduced 50c find at the garden centre. Planted and neglected for 6 weeks whilst I had my time away. And this was the first little beaut I pulled up today from 8.
It’s being used to make:
- seafood stew
- shakshuka
- lime, roasted seed and fish sauce (sounds gross but not) pesto
- salad with the fronds
