Walks with bub through mabi forest - a threatened and endangered ecosystem.

Treading the paths we walked when he was in my womb, now nestled close to my heart looking up at all the trees.

Noticing the big ferns in the trees, the red-legged pademelons scurrying as we go past, butterflies and birds flying by, and the smell of molasses grass when we enter the eucalypt forest. Remnant trees from before the land was cleared - home to birds and a bee hive.

So grateful we can connect to nature and this land 🌿

Reading over my reiki manuals and reflecting on the journey since I became a practitioner back in 2017 after receiving my attunements from Sarah .earth.reiki

My offerings have grown as I’ve furthered my study and come home to my inherent remembering. Incorporating embodiment, aromatherapy, channeling, nature connection, journeying and the breath.

I’ve been feeling called to step back in the healing space with limited spaces for in-person sessions and online/distant healings. If you feel called for a healing please DM me. All sessions are co-created in a sacred and safe container and meet you where you are. We can work on:
- Deep relaxation
- Emotional clearing
- Energy blocks
- Purpose
- Connecting to yourself, your guides and spirit babies
- And more!

Distant sessions are great for busy mamas and can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Three moons until I get to meet you.

My vision quest baby.

You landed in my womb as I set up my camp for my vision quest, as I was guided to the place where I would shed my old self. You journeyed with me into the depths of the sweat lodge where we remembered the turtle and to swim deep into the depths of the unknown.

Over the next 4 days and 4 nights, with nothing but water, you would tell me your name as I slept on the earth under the stars and moon.

I didn’t know at the time you were already growing deep inside me. You remind me that I was never alone and will never be alone, even in the depths of my solitude.

I waited one week after emerging from nature for the waves of vision quest to crash, and oh how they did. Finding out you had decided to come to earth now cracked me open like I never knew I could be.

Listening with heart and soul wide open, I can’t wait to meet you.

Spending the weekend deep in nature based shamanic teaching.

Learning how to cast circles, connect with spirit guides and power animals, journeying to different realms, and practising nature awareness skills.

For me earth and spirituality are entwined. Everything is connected and part of this beautiful interplay of energy.

Learning how to safely journey has been integral to my practise. I’ve been journeying my whole life even before I knew what this sacred practise was and it’s so important to know how to go and come back safely and with integrity. Having the skills to deepen this gift and help others on their own path is so enriching and allows us to connect to our inner landscapes to help in this outer world. 🌱

Selenite is one of my fave go to crystals for clearing my energy field. Selenite absorbs energies and doesn’t give out any. Therefore it’s great everyday to clear your system. When I run it past my ears I can hear all the vibrations in it! So amazing what nature can provide to help us ground and restore ✨

I really resonate with my pre natal yoga training that pregnant women are earth based.

Our centre of gravity shifts and we are more connected to the earth. I’ve never felt this earth bound before and I’m really enjoying it. It allows for growing our roots and creating a stable base to create new life. It also relates to apana which is the downward movement of energy.

As a healer I’ve felt more drawn to the body and earth rather than the higher realms during this time, remembering why we all chose to be here and how beautiful this earth can be 🌱
