WHAT PEOPLE ARE REACHING FOR RIGHT NOW

Sitting in a place of complete humility and reverence for the wonderful conversations and connections made at the Camden Wellness Expo over the weekend, my thoughts also turn to the themes I heard arise.

There were 3 definite blends that many gravitated towards:

💙 FREEDOM – offers grounding when weighed down by stress or overthinking

💛 UPLIFT – offers vitality when feeling low in energy and fatigued

💜 SPIRIT – offers strength, courage and stability when feeling uncertain or fearful

This tells me a lot about the support people are needing right now – and there’s no surprise given the collective uncertainty and fear that’s present in the media at the moment.

I know it can feel hopeless at times. I know it can feel too much.

I encourage you, me, all of us, to elevate ourselves above the noise.

To take a moment to pause, breathe deep and surrender the fear. There is a ‘good’ plan at play even though we may not be able to see it.

That’s what faith is – Trusting without seeing.
