🏅 Patient Spotlight: Lonny’s Journey 🏅

In 2019, Lonny was told he would never run again due to acute traumatic compartment syndrome of his lower leg which resulted in muscle necrosis.

Injuries. Setbacks. Frustration.
Most people would have accepted that as the final chapter.

But not Lonny.
He showed up. Week after week. Month after month.
Rehab. Strength work. Patience. Persistence. Belief.

Fast forward to today…
He just completed an IRONMAN.
A full 3.8km swim · 180km ride · 42.2km run.
An achievement that most people will never attempt.

This is why we do what we do.
It’s not just about injury rehab.
It’s about rebuilding confidence and helping people realise their potential.

Massive congratulations Lonny, your journey is inspiring to all of us at Momentum Physio!

Your resilience proves that the limits we’re given are rarely the limits we have to live by. 👊🔥

NSW TALENT NAMED IN AUSTRALIAN U16 CROCS TEAM FOR FIBA ASIA CUP

Basketball Australia have announced the Australian U16 Crocs Team that will represent the country at the upcoming FIBA U16 Asia Cup in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, taking place from late August through to September.

Basketball NSW is proud to congratulate Antonio Browne (Bankstown Bruins) on his selection in the Crocs team. 🐊💚💛

We would also like to acknowledge Adam Messenger (Momentum Physiotherapy & Health Services), who has been appointed as the team’s Physiotherapist.
